Bad service
Can I know why TPG charge for maximum cancelation fee?
Is not our problem, is your side problem. We been give you 2weeks to solve the problem.
We already miss a lot of order for this 2weeks that we can't received order from phone call. We are not satisfied with the charges.
Telstra do a good job,we register on Tuesday and we can use the phone line on Wednesday without calling them to follow up. But your side we need to call and call and call. The worst thing is your technical department said will call us but at the end no one call us.
And we need to call to follow up again and again.
If your service like Telstra we will not terminate it.
This is the first time I been deal with one campany with very bad service. That is TPG honestly.
